Racism in Our Judicial System Failed Trevynn Conley and Clarence Wright

    in Social Networking

Trevynn Conley and Clarence Wright two black men were found guilty of First Degree and Second Degree murder in the death of a motorist who had earlier been involved in a road rage incident with Trevynn that ended at a 7-11 store in Oklahoma City. Testimony at trial from the state's witnesses as well as witnesses for both men revealed that after Trevynn and Clarence had gone to the 7-11 store to purchase sticks so they could smoke marijuana the alleged victim abandoned the vehicle and began walking aggressively toward both men as they sat in their car and began firing rounds at them from a weapon he was carrying in his hand. The testimony revealed that this was a clear case of self-defense. We'll explore just what happened and why we do not agree with the jury verdict.

Kaitlynn Caster of Pizza Guys Meets with Franchise Interviews

    in Entrepreneur

We are meeting with Kaitlynn Caster of Pizza Guys. Kaitlynn left her college education behind to run her very own Pizza Guys. From humble beginnings as a single pizza restaurant in 1986, Pizza Guys have become a recognized leader in the pizza industry. From the day they opened, we have been committed to serving our customers the highest quality food, providing superior service, and creating unique specialty pizza recipes that can be delivered quickly to your door.
They continue to innovate their products and services, making ordering easier for our customers. Today, they have over 70 independently owned franchises run by men and women living and working in your community. Their success is due to our dedicated franchisees, thousands of dedicated team members, and loyal customers.
The average franchise owner is male, 38 years old, and has a college education. Meet 24-year-old Kaitlynn Caster, who left her college education behind to run her own Pizza Guys store. Caster uses her young age and fresh ideas to further the brand’s presence and hopes to show others that college is not the only path.
Kaitlynn began her journey with Pizza Guys while working as a shift leader at the location her father owned during high school. While attending university, Caster felt that it was not the right choice and decided to make a change. She returned to work as a manager at her family-owned Pizza Guys location and became an owner in October 2021. Her commitment and drive for the business, as well as her approach to running the restaurant, has been the determining factor in her success. Being of young age, Caster embodies the brand’s continuous new products and concepts. She is also better able to connect with her young staff. In addition, her ambitious attitude means she already has plans to open more locations in her area.

Philippe Bouissou How to grow any business using a new approach

    in Business

Entrepreneurs, business leaders, CEOs, and General Managers all face one of the greatest and most vexing challenges: how to grow their business faster and outpace their competition? Despite many attempts, there has not been a consistent methodology on which they can rely to generate real and sustainable revenue growth. That’s why they continue to struggle with a deceptively simple, yet fundamental question: "What do I do on Monday morning at 8 o’clock to grow my business?"
Best-seller author of Aligning the Dots, host of The Alignment Zone television series, speaker, growth expert, venture capitalist, CEO, entrepreneur, and board member, Philippe Bouissou has been in Silicon Valley for 31 years, founding, growing and running a number of businesses. Philippe was the founder and CEO of G2i, a Unix software company. He managed the Milestone Group for half a decade. He also founded and ran Apple’s Worldwide Internet Commerce Group where he ran the online Apple Store and grew its revenue from zero to $350 million under Steve Jobs. Today, it generates over $25 billion for Apple. Philippe was a General Partner in two Venture Capital firms and has served on 21 boards of directors, including three today.
Philippe joins host Denise Griffitts to tell us about this new approach, why it matters to you, and will talk about his best-seller book, Aligning the Dots and his television series, The Alignment Zone, that was recently launched and that delivers a clear answer to the Monday morning question.
