Ancia Ifill joined University of Louisville Athletics as a Learning Specialist in 2019. Currently, she is Associate Director of Academic Services and Athletic Academic Counselor for men's soccer. She assists student-athletes with a variety of learning techniques which include metacognitive strategies, note-taking strategies and time-management skills. Additionally, she is the Louisville International Family Enrichment (LIFE) Advisor and Athletics representative on the International Affairs Advisory Committee.

Prior to joining the Cardinals, Ancia worked at Florida A&M University as a Learning Specialist, Tutorial Coordinator and SAAC Advisor.

Before FAMU, Ancia worked at Savannah State University as an Athletic Academic Counselor for multiple sports. Her career began in the Office of Student-Athlete Support Services at Bethune-Cookman University.

A native of St. George, Barbados and a four-year tennis letter winner, Ancia earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business and Master of Science in Counseling from Bethune-Cookman University. She completed her Graduate Certificate in Organizational Change in Higher Education and is currently pursing her PhD in Educational Leadership.

Ancia is an active member of N4A and a graduate of the 2019 NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop Program. She was the 2018 HBCU scholarship recipient attending the Women Leaders in College Sports Convention.
