Devotions from the Goat Pen -- The Parker J. Cole Show
in Books
Writing the devotions in this book was inspired by observing the behaviors of goats while standing in a goat pen. Each devotion springboards off a picture of goats acting like they are, well, goats, but they made me think of myself and maybe some other people! The stories shared are true. The questions shared about faith are genuine. The assurances are real.
Goats are inspirational. The "kids" are smart, playful, and always looking for new adventures. All ages are sometimes willful and behave in ways that might lead to disaster. Like humans. Raising goats grows your patience, love, and ability to care for others. Through this devotional, may you come to understand what it means to be, and how you are, a "King's Kid!"
Join me as I chat with Nova Bodin about how goats show us gospel truth on Saturday, September 23rd at 2 pm Eastern time. You can listen by dialing at 646-668-8485. Follow PJC Media on podcast platforms everywhere. Or, click on the link:

Rhythm & Rhyme with IntimidusRex...
in Poetry
WELCOME BACK MY FRIENDS We are built in and of fluidity where tonal resonance in both voice and instrument beats heavily and with strength inside every fibre of our being. Poetry and music have been intrinsically intertwined for thousands of years, ancient Greeks used the lyre and Chinese the pipa and guqin. Think of the troubadors and minstrels who had unprecedented freedom of speech inre content and how voice and strings could soothe the savage breast and delight upper crust audiences as well as local townsfolk. At LNP, we encourage you to join in and draw from the modern offerings whom we shall highlight, thereby opening our thoughts, ideas and genres that we enjoy at home, in stadiums, outdoor venues and on the radio anytime, anywhere. We are generations of tempo-ed voices birthing our hearts, pain, anthems, protests, humor, satire, embracing all things poetic, musical and those forms where the love of, begins, with you.
